摘要 近年来,现代学徒制已成为新时代职业教育人才培养的主要模式,其本质特征就是"在工作中学习""通过工作学习",以完成工作任务为目标导向学习职业技能,学习的投入度高、效果好。但工作场所学习属于一种非正式学习,存在学习氛围不浓、学徒管理不到位、学习形式单一、学习综合职业岗位能力困难等现象,直接影响了现代学徒制中学员的稳定性及学习质量。针对这种情况,可通过线上线下混合学习模式来激发学徒学习的积极性、持续性。在此学习过程中,需增强工作场所学习的氛围,提高学徒管理水平,丰富学习资源,搭建交流互动平台等。 In recent years,modern apprenticeship has become the main mode of talent training in vocational education in the new era.Its essential characteristics are"learning at work"and"earning through work",with the goal of completing work tasks as the goal-oriented learning vocational skills.The degree of investment in learning is high and the effect is good.However,workplace learning is a form of informal learning.There are phenomena such as not strong learning atmosphere,inadequate apprenticeship management,single learning form,and difficulty in learning comprehensive professional positions,which directly affect the stability and learning quality of students in modern apprenticeship.In response to this situation,online and offline blended learning mode can be used to stimulate the enthusiasm and continuity of apprentices’learning.In this learning process,it is necessary to enhance the learning atmosphere in the workplace,improve the management level of apprentices,enrich learning resources,and build a communication and interactive platform.
