Policy Essentials and Evaluation of“European Skills Agenda(2020)”

欧盟成员国面临绿色和数字技能短缺和COVID-19疫情危机应对的压力,为此,欧盟委员会2020年7月1日颁布《欧洲技能议程(2020)》。该政策采取5方面的12个行动以建设可持续竞争力、社会公平和抗逆力的欧洲,落实技能、培训和终身学习的权力,引导对人员及其技能的投资。该政策的颁布标志着欧洲成人教育和学习的发展向前迈了一大步,将对欧洲社会、技能教育和培训发展产生积极的深远影响。

EU member states are facing the pressure of green and digital skills shortage and covid-19 epidemic crisis response. For this reason, the European Commission launched the European Skills Agenda(2020) policy on July 1, 2020. As a newly-revised skills agenda policy, 12 actions will be taken in five areas to build a Europe of sustainable competitiveness, social equity and resilience, implement the power of skills, training and lifelong learning, and guide investment in people and their skills. The promulgation of the European Skills Agenda(2020) marks a great step forward in the development of adult education and learning in Europe, which will have a positive and far-reaching impact on the development of European society, skills education and training.
