Hot Spots and Trends Analysis of the Teaching Staff of Vocational Colleges in China

职业院校教师队伍研究是职业教育可持续发展的重要部分,通过CiteSpace软件分析从CNKI中筛选的有关职业院校教师队伍研究的1485篇文献,发现2002-2020年间我国职业院校教师队伍的研究呈现"增长-回落-高峰-回落-回温"的趋势。研究主题主要聚焦在职业院校双师型教师队伍现状研究、双师型教师培养路径研究、职业院校双师型教师队伍建设研究、产教融合背景下职业院校教师队伍发展研究。研究热点集中于深化双师型教师队伍培养研究、与产业发展深度融合、重视培养双师型青年教师等方面。

The research on the teaching staff of vocational colleges is an important part of the sustainable development of vocational education.Through the analysis of CiteSpace software,1485 documents related to the research on the teaching staff of vocational colleges were selected from CNKI,and it was found that the research on the teaching staff of vocational colleges in China from 2002 to 2020 shows a trend of"growth-fall-peak-fall-warm up".The research topics mainly focus on the status quo of dual-qualified teachers in vocational colleges,research on the training path of dual-qualified teachers,research on the construction of dual-qualified teachers in vocational colleges,and research on the development of vocational college teachers under the background of integration of industry and education.Research hotspots focus on deepening the research on the training of dual-qualified teachers,deep integration with industry development,and attaching importance to the training of dual-qualified young teachers.
