中职学校加工制造类专业教师一体化教学胜任力现状与提升策略——基于对广西30所中职学校的调查 被引量:3

摘要 中职学校一体化教学注重理论与实践结合,是中职学校开展专业教学的重要形式,是培养技术技能型人才的重要手段。开展一体化教学,教师是关键。对广西30所中职学校的300位教师开展调查发现:中职学校加工制造类专业教师一体化教学胜任力整体处于中等水平,实践能力和个性特质两个维度表现较好,教学能力、教研能力、知识背景维度相对较弱。为此,应构建政府统筹管理、行业企业和院校深度融合的职业院校教师专业发展机制,健全中等职业教育加工制造类专业教师培养培训体系;深化产教融合、校企合作、工学结合,实现校企人员双向流动;构建校企学习共同体,实现中职学校加工制造类专业教师教研能力提升;参与教师学习社群,实现教师自我提升。 The integrated teaching of secondary vocational schools focuses on the combination of theory and practice.It is an important form of professional teaching in secondary vocational schools and an important means of cultivating technical talents.Teachers are the key to developing integrated teaching.A survey of 300 teachers from 30 secondary vocational schools in Guangxi found that the integrated teaching competency of the processing and manufacturing teachers in secondary vocational schools is generally at a medium level,and the two dimensions of practical ability and personality traits perform well,while teaching ability,teaching and research The dimensions of ability and knowledge background are relatively weak.To this end,it is necessary to build a professional development mechanism for teachers in vocational colleges that is coordinated and managed by the government and deeply integrated with industry,enterprises and academies,and improve the training system for teachers in secondary vocational education processing and manufacturing;realize the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and work-study integration,and realize the two-way flow of school-enterprise personnel;build a school-enterprise learning community to improve the teaching and research capabilities of secondary vocational processing and manufacturing teachers;participate in the teacher learning community to realize teachers’self-improvement enthusiasm.
