职业学校新手教师如何看待专家教师的建议——对职业学校听评课的实证研究 被引量:1

How Do Novice Vocational Schools Teachers View Expert Teachers’ Suggestions——An Empirical Study on Listening and Evaluating Courses in Vocational Schools

摘要 听评课是各级各类职业院校经常实施的一种重要教研活动。通过问卷和访谈相结合的方式,分析新手职校教师对评课建议的看法。研究发现:新手教师认为"加强师生互动"这一评课建议的价值最大,"围绕课程内容重点和中心设计教学"这一建议的可行性最大,而"适应性地使用教材"这一建议在价值和可行性维度都得分最低,同时公共课教师与专业课教师对"给学生提供解释和总结""使教学符合学生经验"等四类评课建议的看法存在显著差异。新手职校教师对不同评课建议看法的主要影响因素有新手教师的原有教学能力、职校学生特点、实施评课建议的潜在结果和实施评课建议的外部条件等。未来的新手教师培训项目可以加强对新手教师需求的分析,针对新手教师在日常教学实践中遇到的具体问题进行指导和帮助。 Listening and evaluating classes is an important teaching and research activity often implemented by various vocational colleges at all levels.Through a combination of questionnaires and interviews,it analyzes the views of novice vocational school teachers on the suggestions for class evaluation.The study found that novice teachers believe that the value of"strengthening teacher-student interaction"is the most valuable suggestion,the suggestion of"designing teaching around the focus and center of the curriculum"is the most feasible,and the suggestion of"use textbooks adaptively"scored the lowest in both the value and feasibility dimensions.At the same time,public course teachers and professional course teachers had significant differences in their views on the four types of evaluation suggestions,such as"providing students with explanations and summaries"and"making teaching consistent with student experience".The main influencing factors of novice vocational school teachers’views on different evaluation suggestions include the original teaching ability of novice teachers,the characteristics of vocational school students,the potential results of implementing the evaluation suggestions,and the external conditions for the implementation of the evaluation suggestions.Future novice teacher training projects can strengthen the analysis of novice teachers’needs,and provide guidance and assistance for the specific problems encountered by novice teachers in their daily teaching practice.
