高校专业设置与地方支柱产业需求协调发展实证研究——以吉林省为例

Empirical Study on the Coordinated Development of Specialty Setting in Colleges and Universities and the Needs of Local Pillar Industries——A Study of Jilin Province

通过对吉林省62所独立设置的普通高校相关数据及三大支柱产业相关数据的统计分析发现:吉林省普通高校专业结构与产业结构走向一致,但局部存在不同程度的不协调问题,即专业结构与产业结构调整不同步、不匹配。其中,与第一产业相对应的专业结构,无论本科还是专科都极其薄弱;与第二产业相对应的专业结构相对薄弱,而专科更为明显;与第三产业相对应的专业整体超前,专科尤其突出。为了提高契合度,建议政府规划指导要谋统筹、谋精准,高校专业建设要谋结构、谋内涵,三大支柱产业发展要谋人才、谋市场。

Through the statistical analysis of the relevant data of 62 independent colleges and universities in Jilin province and the data of the three pillar industries,it is found that the specialty structure of ordinary colleges and universities in Jilin province is consistent with the industrial structure,but there are different degrees of incoordination problems in some parts,which means the adjustment of specialty structure and industrial structure is not synchronized,some are lagging and some are ahead,and there is an obvious problem of mismatch.Among them,the specialty structure corresponding to the primary industry is extremely weak in both undergraduate and junior college construction;the specialty structure corresponding to the secondary industry is relatively weak,but the specialty structure is relatively obvious in junior colleges;the specialty structure corresponding to the tertiary industry is overall advanced,especially the junior colleges are more prominent.In order to improve the fit,it is recommended that the planning and guidance of government should be coordinated and precise,the specialty construction of colleges and universities should be structured,and the development of the three pillar industries should be sought for talents and markets.
