高职院校教学督导运行机制的现实困境及出路 被引量:14

摘要 教学督导机制作为学校内部保障教学质量的一种有效形式,对高校内涵式发展起着促进和推动作用。在高职院校实践工作中,教学督导机制的有效运行还面临诸多困境,普遍存在督导"无位"、督导"无本"、督导内容固定、督导方式单一、督导无度等问题。走出困境,实现教学督导核心价值,应寻求相应的出路:重塑督导理念,促进发展为本;改革督导机构,保障督导"有位";重视队伍专业化建设,保证督导"有本";深化督导内容,突出学术型督导;丰富督导方式,实现渐进发展;把握督导尺度,尊重教学学术自由。 The teaching supervision mechanism,as an effective form of guaranteeing the quality of teaching within the school,plays a powerful role in promoting the connotative development of colleges and universities.In the practical work of higher vocational colleges,the effective operation of the teaching supervision mechanism still faces many difficulties.There are common problems such as lack of supervision,no basis for supervision,fixed content of supervision,single supervision method,and excessive supervision.To get out of the predicament and realize the core value of teaching supervision,we should seek the corresponding way out:reshape the concept of supervision and promote development;reform the supervision organization to ensure that supervision is in place;attach importance to the professional construction of the team and ensure that the supervision is based;deepen the content of supervision and highlight academic supervision;enrich supervision methods to achieve gradual development;grasp the supervision standards and respect the academic freedom of teaching.
