高职学生创业心理资本与创业绩效的关系研究——对广东省423名高职学生实际创业者和887名潜在创业者的问卷调查 被引量:5

摘要 创业心理资本是创业情境下创业者的心理能力与状态,高职学生创业心理资本直接影响创业绩效的实现。以广东省423名高职学生实际创业者和887名潜在创业者为研究对象,将高职学生创业心理资本分为积极成长、主动应对、热情创新、敏锐卓越、自我效能、社交智慧和乐观希望7个衡量维度,通过调研,利用多元回归分析研究创业心理资本与创业绩效之间的关系。结果表明:除自我效能外,其他6个创业心理资本细分维度都与创业绩效显著正相关,尤其是创业心理资本对于潜在创业者更为重要。为此,建议高职院校要加强对学生创业心理资本的教育,提升学生的心理资本水平,构建创业心理辅导的平台,针对学生创业者提供相应的教育支持和心理疏导。 Entrepreneurship psychological capital is the psychological ability and state of entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial context.The entrepreneurial psychological capital of higher vocational students directly affects the realization of entrepreneurial performance.Taking 423 actual entrepreneurs and 887 potential entrepreneurs of higher vocational students in Guangdong Province as the research objects,the entrepreneurial psychological capital of higher vocational students is divided into active growth,proactive response,enthusiasm and innovation,acumen and excellence,self-efficacy,social wisdom and optimistic hope.After waiting for seven measurement dimensions,we conducted research and used multiple regression analysis to study the relationship between entrepreneurial psychological capital and entrepreneurial performance.The empirical research results show that in addition to self-efficacy,the other six dimensions of entrepreneurial psychological capital segmentation are significantly positively correlated with entrepreneurial performance,especially entrepreneurial psychological capital is more important for potential entrepreneurs.In this regard,it is recommended that higher vocational colleges strengthen the education of students’entrepreneurial psychological capital,improve students’psychological capital level,build a platform for entrepreneurial psychological counseling,and provide corresponding educational support and psychological counseling for student entrepreneurs.
