技术技能人才质量评价的校企差异与调适机制 被引量:2

School-enterprise Difference and Adjustment Mechanism in the Quality Evaluation of Technical Talents

摘要 高职院校担负培养高素质技术技能人才的使命与责任,其人才培养质量也日益成为社会、企业、家长关注的焦点。调研显示,针对技术技能人才培养质量的评价,校企之间存在明显的差异和分歧:学校强调人才培养的发展导向,注重培养学生的综合素质;企业则突出人才培养的市场需求,看重学生的适岗能力。高职院校在改革发展进程中必须正视这一问题,通过构建产教融合、"三教"改革、学校治理、文化育人等机制予以调适,不断提高技术技能人才培养水平与质量。 Higher vocational colleges shoulder the mission and responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical talents, and the quality of talent training has increasingly become the focus of attention of society, enterprises and parents. However, the survey shows that there are obvious differences and disagreements between colleges and enterprises in the evaluation of the quality of technical talent training: colleges emphasize the development orientation of talent training and focus on cultivating students’ comprehensive qualities;enterprises highlight the market demand for talent training and value students the ability to fit the job. Higher vocational colleges must face up to this problem in the process of reform and development, and adjust them by constructing the integration of industry and education, the reform of "three educations", college governance, cultural education and other mechanisms to continuously improve the level and quality of technical talents training.
