Research on the Upgrading and Construction of Higher Vocational Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education from the Perspective of “Double-high Plan”

新一轮高职教育升级建设任务推动了创新创业教育的持续深化提升。根据高端技术技能人才培育目标,高职双创教育升级深化的逻辑关系在于专创融合、技术赋能、文化赋能。从以人才培养为中心和以服务发展为中心两个视角探索升级建设路径:深化"三阶递进式"创新创业教育教育体系,构建双创机构、数据平台、产业学院、孵化园区、区域联盟"五位一体"的双创教育生态系统,建设开放、融合、发展的共同体生态环境。

The new round of higher vocational education upgrading and construction tasks has promoted the continuous deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education.According to the goal of cultivating high-end technical and skilled talents,the logical relationship between the upgrading and deepening of higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education lies in the integration of specialization and innovation,technology empowerment,and cultural empowerment.From the perspectives of talent training as the center and service development as the center,explore the upgrade and construction path:one is to deepen the"three-step progressive"innovation and entrepreneurship education system;the other is to build innovation and entrepreneurship education institutions,data platforms,industrial colleges,incubation parks,regional alliance"five-in-one"innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem,to build an open,integrated and developed community ecological environment.
