教育生态视域下高职公共英语教学改革的探索与实践 被引量:14

Exploration and Practice of Public English Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Educational Ecology

摘要 随着经济全球化、教育国际化、文化多元化以及信息技术的迅猛发展,高职公共英语教学改革过程中出现了"学用分离""供需失衡"等问题。基于教育生态学理论,高职公共英语教学改革应关注四个方面:保障主体供给,关注教师生态化发展;兼顾素质、知识和技能目标,确保教育供需平衡;注重工具性与人文性平衡,促进学生综合能力培养;丰富供给内容和渠道,推动教学模式改革。 With the rapid development of economic globalization,education internationalization,cultural diversification,and information technology,the problems of"separation of learning and use"and"imbalance of supply and demand"have appeared in the reform of public English teaching in higher vocational colleges.In response to these problems,based on the theory of education ecology,we should ensure the supply of the main body and focus on the ecological development of teachers;take into account the quality,knowledge and skills objectives to ensure the balance between education supply and demand;focus on the balance of instrumental and humanistic nature to promote the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability;provide sufficient content and channels,promote exploration and practice in four aspects of innovative teaching mode reform,and provide valuable references for the in-depth development of subsequent curriculum reforms.
