摘要
针对当前部分职业院校构建教学工作诊断与改进制度进程较慢的实际状况,调查了河北省7所中职学校教学诊改的实际情况,确认中职学校教学工作诊断与改进制度建设存在17项阻碍因素。通过分析各因素的相互关联特征及其内在逻辑关系,确定了影响教学工作诊断与改进制度建设的主要阻碍因素。将主要阻碍因素视为"事物发展过程中的主要矛盾",构建了相应的推进机制,具体包括诊改运行机制、诊改长效机制、诊改激励机制、投入支撑机制、制度保障机制和校企合作机制。
In view of the slow progress in the construction of teaching work diagnosis and improvement systems in some vocational schools,we investigated the actual situation of 7 secondary vocational schools in Hebei province and confirmed that there are 17 obstacles factors in the construction of teaching work diagnosis and improvement systems in secondary vocational schools.By analyzing the interrelated characteristics of each factor and its internal logical relationship,the main obstacles that affect the diagnosis and improvement of the system are determined.Regarding the main obstacles as"the main contradiction in the development of things",the corresponding promotion mechanism has been constructed,including:diagnosis reform operation mechanism,diagnosis reform long-term mechanism,diagnosis reform incentive mechanism,investment and support mechanism,system guarantee mechanism and school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.
