摘要
职教师资是职业教育发展的第一资源,是推进新时代国家职业教育改革的关键所在。江苏理工学院构建了卓越职教师资"六·三"培养体系,即"三特"逐层递进的办学理念、"三性"和谐统一的培养原则、"三能"兼具的卓越职教师资、"三证书"缺一不可的毕业制度、校企校"三元"协同育人的培养路径、"三基地"有力支撑的环境条件。"六·三"培养体系实施后,学生实践创新能力全面提升,毕业生受到用人单位欢迎,形成一批优质的职教师资教学资源与成果。
The vocational teaching staff is the first resource for the development of vocational education and the key to promoting the reform of national vocational education in the new era.Jiangsu University of Technology has established the"6·3"training system for outstanding vocational teachers,that is,the"three specials"progressive school philosophy,the"three characteristics"harmonious and unified training principle,and the"three abilities"excellent vocational education teaching staff,"three certificates"indispensable graduation system,school-enterprise-school"three-element"collaborative education training path,"three bases"strongly supported environmental conditions.The"6·3"training system has achieved remarkable results in education.
