中等职业学校项目导向型教学团队建设实践研究——以安徽省中等职业教育质量提升工程“名师工作坊”项目为例

Practical Research on Project-oriented Teaching Team Construction in Secondary Vocational Schools——A Case Study of “Famous Teacher Workshop” Project of Anhui Province’s Secondary Vocational Education Quality Improvement Project

安徽省"十二五"期间中等职业教育师资队伍建设取得了长足进步,但队伍整体素质与现代职业教育体系构建和高质量发展的要求相比还有明显差距,迫切需要以领军型教师引领加强教师团队建设。安徽省在实施中等职业教育质量提升工程中,建设"名师工作坊"项目,着力于抓好项目设计、队伍建设、运行机制、跟踪督促等环节,在培养有知名度和影响力教学名师、打造优秀教学团队、实施教育教学改革和科研项目、提炼优秀教育教学和科研成果等方面取得明显成效,带动全省中等职业教育教师队伍整体素质的提升,也为未来本区域及其他地区中等职业教育师资队伍提供有益借鉴。

During the"Twelfth Five-Year Plan"period in Anhui province,the construction of secondary vocational education teacher teams has made great progress.However,there is still a significant gap between the overall quality of the team and the requirements of modern vocational education system construction and high-quality development.It is urgent to make leading teachers to lead and strengthen construction of teacher team.In the implementation of the quality improvement project of secondary vocational education,Anhui province has built a"famous teacher workshop"project,focusing on the project design,team building,operation mechanism,tracking and supervision.Obvious results have been achieved in training famous and influential teaching teachers,building excellent teaching teams,implementing education and teaching reforms and scientific research projects,and refining excellent education,teaching and scientific research results,which have promoted the improvement of the overall quality of the secondary vocational education teachers in the province,and will also provide useful reference for secondary vocational education teachers in this region and other regions.
