中职名师工作室培育模式探析——以上海中职“名师培育工作室”为例 被引量:2

摘要 名师培养是加强中职师资队伍建设的重要举措,名师工作室模式是推进中职名师培养的主要路径。通过对2016-2018年上海中职名师培育工作室建设情况的调查发现,工作室模式实现了管理模式、培训模式和学习模式的转型,各方对名师培育工作室模式认同度较高,促进作用明显,但同时还存在着培育平台和制度设计缺乏延续性、主持人带教经验不足、双方时间和精力难以保障等问题。为此,亟须加强顶层设计,在培养目标上要更加关注职教性,寻找适合职业教育名师的专业化成长之路;在培养内容上要更加注重系统性,形成支持和引领名师成长的长效机制;在操作实施上要更加关注实践性,保障名师培养政策的延续性和适度弹性。 The training of famous teachers is an important measure to strengthen the construction of secondary vocational teachers.The mode of famous teacher studio is the main path to promote the training of secondary vocational teachers.Through the survey of the construction of Shanghai vocational famous teacher training studio from 2016 to 2018,it is found that the studio mode has realized the transformation of management mode,training mode and learning mode.All parties have a high degree of recognition of the famous teacher training studio mode,which has obviously effects,but there are also problems such as lack of continuity in the cultivation platform and system design,lack of experience in teaching by the director,and difficulty in securing the time and energy of both parties.For this reason,it is urgent to strengthen the top-level design,pay more attention to vocational education in the training objectives,and find a professional growth path suitable for vocational education teachers;in the training content,it is necessary to pay more attention to the systematic,forming a long-term and effective mechanism to support and leading the growth of famous teachers;more attention should be paid to practicality in operation and implementation,to ensure the continuity and moderate flexibility of the policy for training famous teachers.
