人工智能对就业影响的研究现状与对策建议

Research Status and Countermeasures of Artificial Intelligence on Employment

人工智能对就业的影响是个多维度复杂的课题,目前学术界尚未形成统一的认识。国内外学者虽在某些领域取得了一定的成果,如人工智能促进新型教育模式发展、就业市场发展,以及辅助人力资源管理等,但是相关研究仍存在不足。文章在总结归纳了人工智能对就业影响的研究现状和作用机制的基础上,指出了研究的不足和面临的问题,给出了解决问题的对策和建议。研究成果可在促进人工智能和产业结构、就业协调发展等相关问题的解决上提供借鉴。

The influence of artificial intelligence(AI)on employment is a multi-dimensional and complex subject,and the academic circle has not yet formed a unified understanding.Although scholars at home and abroad have made some achievements in some fields,for example,artificial intelligence promotes the development of new education models and the job market,and assists human resource management,but related research is still insufficient.Based on summarizing the research status and its mechanism of action on employment,this article points out the shortcomings and difficulties faced by the research,giving solutions and suggestions.The research results of this article can be used for reference in promoting the coordinated development of artificial intelligence,industrial structure,and employment.
