OBE理念下团体心理咨询课程改革的质性研究 被引量:1

A Qualitative Study on the Course Reform of Group Psychological Counseling Based on the Concept of OBE

摘要 “健康中国”战略背景下国家需要掌握实践技能的心理学应用型人才。OBE理念作为高等教育专业建设的重要理论支撑,突出了预期成果导向。基于OBE理念进行的应用心理学专业课程改革的相关文献更多关注改革的理论意义,缺少改革实践过程描述和改革效果的分析。因此提出基于OBE理念反向设计教学,以云南某高校进行团体心理咨询课程学习的应用心理学本科生为研究对象,开展三轮课程教学改革。通过访谈法对10名应用心理学本科生进行深入访谈,采用质性分析软件MAXQDA及主题分析法分析课程改革效果,最终获得73922字逐字稿。研究结果表明,OBE理念的团体心理咨询课程改革效果涌现5个主题:专业素养提升、多元能力发展、思考方式积极转变、自我成长和人际交往改善。实践证明,基于OBE理念的团体心理咨询课程改革效果良好。 Under the guidance of the Healthy China Strategy,the country needs applied psychology talents with practical skills.As an important theoretical support for the construction of higher education majors,the OBE concept highlights the orientation of expected results.The relevant literature on the course reform of applied psychology based on the concept of OBE pays more attention to the theoretical significance of the reform,and lacks the description of the practical process of reform and the analysis of the effect of reform.Therefore,this paper proposes a reverse teaching design based on OBE concept,and carries out three rounds of course teaching reform with applied psychology undergraduates studying group psychological counseling courses in a university in Yunnan as the research object.In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 undergraduates of applied psychology through the interview method,and the qualitative analysis software MAXQDA and thematic analysis method were used to analyze the effect of course reform,and finally 73922 verbatim manuscripts were obtained.The results show that there are five themes in the effect of group psychological counseling course reform of OBE concept:professional quality improvement,development of multiple abilities,positive change of thinking style,self-growth and improvement of interpersonal communication.Practice has proved that the group psychological counseling course reform based on the OBE concept has a good effect.
