国际视野下职业教育产教合作的探索与实践——以乌干达鲁班工坊为例 被引量:1

摘要 产教融合、校企合作是职业教育鲜明的办学特色,在经济全球化、“一带一路”倡议和中非合作论坛的国际视野下,职业教育产教合作是教育对外开放和配合国际产能合作的迫切需求。乌干达鲁班工坊以乌干达社会经济产业需求为导向,因地制宜培养乌干达当地亟需的技术技能人才,从顶层设计开始规范管理体制机制,突出国际化校企合作、注重技能培训、增进中非人文交流,探索中非产教深度合作。 Integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises are the distinctive characteristics of vocational education. Under the international vision of economic globalization, the “the Belt and Road” Initiative and the China Africa Cooperation Forum, industry and education cooperation in vocational education is an urgent need for education opening up and cooperation with international production capacity cooperation. Guided by Uganda’s socio-economic and industrial needs, the Luban Workshop in Uganda trains the technical and skilled personnel urgently needed in Uganda according to local conditions, standardizes the management system from the top-level design, highlights international school-enterprise cooperation, pays attention to skills training, enhances cultural and educational exchanges between China and Africa, and explores the in-depth cooperation between China and Africa in industry and education.
