高职医学院校检验专业深化产教融合、校企合作的研究与实践

Research and Practice on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education and School-enterprise Cooperation in the Laboratory Specialty of Higher Vocational Medical Colleges

产教融合、校企合作是职业教育发展的方向,黑龙江护理高等专科学校医学检验专业在此人才培养模式下以专家指导委员会和模拟检验中心为实践基础,在课程设置、专业共建、技能培训、顶岗实习、双师队伍建设等方面进行了脚踏实地的研究,以期促进医学职业院校的健康发展,为国内同类医学职业院校检验专业的发展提供参考。

The integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation is the development direction of vocational education.Under this talent training mode,the medical laboratory specialty of Heilongjiang Nursing College has carried out sturdy practice in the aspects of curriculum setting,specialty co-construction,skill training,post practice and the construction of double-qualified teacher team based on the practice of expert steering committee and simulation testing center.This study hopes to promote the healthy development of medical vocational colleges and provide reference for the development of laboratory specialty in similar medical vocational colleges in China.
