新时代高校社团“3+3+2”双创管理育人模式探析

摘要 针对新时代高校社团育人存在“第二课堂”功能发挥不充分、社团管理模式不灵活、社团建设缺乏创新、制度规范有待完善、学生自主性不强、存在“功利性”现象等问题,采取调查研究和实证研究方法,分析了新时代高校社团育人存在问题的原因,阐述了提高社团育人实效性的有效途径,提出高校社团“3+3+2”双创管理育人模式。 In view of the problems existing in the new era of college student association education,such as the insufficiency of the function of the“second classroom”,the inflexibility of the management mode of the associations,the lack of innovation in the construction of the associations,the need to improve the system norms,the lack of students’autonomy,and the existence of the“utilitarian”phenomenon,the investigation and empirical research methods are adopted.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the education of college associations in the new era,expounds the effective ways to improve the effectiveness of education of college associations,and puts forward the“3+3+2”mode of mass entrepreneurship and innovation management education of college associations.
