基于毕业生自我成长及教学满意度的高校教学质量提升研究——以新疆某高校为例 被引量:1

Research on Teaching Quality Improvement in Colleges Based on Graduates’ Self-growth and Teaching Satisfaction Degree——Taking a College in Xinjiang as an Example

摘要 高校毕业生对学校的满意度评价能够客观反映学校办学质量,能够指导学校可持续发展。以新疆某高校大四即将毕业的学生为研究对象,依托问卷星平台对2798名学生的自我成长和对学校的教学满意度进行了调查研究。分析发现,学生大学四年对自我成长和学校教育教学质量总体评价良好。为进一步提升学校综合办学水平,分别从推进教学改革、提升实践教学质量、加强学生管理、促进学生自我成长等方面提出了建议。 The satisfaction degree evaluation to school of college graduates can objectively reflect the quality of school running and guide the sustainable development of the college.Taking senior students who are about to graduate from a university in Xinjiang as research objects,the self-growth and teaching satisfaction degree to school of 2798 students were investigated based on the platform of Wenjuanxing.The analysis shows that students have a good overall evaluation of self-growth and school education teaching quality.In order to further improve the comprehensive running level of the school,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of promoting teaching reform,improving the quality of practical teaching,strengthening student management and promoting students’self-growth.
