摘要
文章以OBE理念为指导,结合马斯洛需求层次理论提出了思想政治理论课程教学改革模型。该模型从内到外共分为三个层次:思想政治理论课学习需求塔、学习需求评估闭环系统以及教学闭环系统。该模型对于解决“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这个根本问题具有一定的启发意义,对发挥教师的“积极性、主动性、创造性”具有一定的推动作用,对“增强思政课的思想性、理论性和亲和力、针对性”具有一定的指导作用。
Guided by the OBE concept,the paper proposes a teaching reform model for ideological and political theory courses combined with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory.The model is divided into three levels from the inside to the outside:the learning needs tower of the ideological and political theory course,the learning needs assessment closed-loop system and the teaching closed-loop system.This model has a certain enlightening significance for solving the fundamental problem of“whom to cultivate,how to cultivate,and for whom to cultivate”,has a certain role in promoting teachers’“enthusiasm,initiative and creativity”,and has a certain guiding role in“enhancing ideological property,theoretical property,affinity and pertinence of ideological and political courses”.
