高职IT专业群“分类培养、精准育人”的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of “Classified Training and Accurate Education” of IT Specialty Group in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前高职IT教育进入“高质量大规模”新发展阶段,生源结构日趋复杂化、多元化,传统培养方式无法满足学生成长的个性化、多样化需求。广东科学技术职业学院计算机学院在国家骨干校重点专业、国家高水平专业群持续建设过程中,基于多元智能、因材施教理念,构建了“分类培养、精准育人”的人才培养体系。主要做法包括:以学生多样化成长发展为中心,对接IT产业行业用人需求,规划高质量就业、创新创业、学历提升三大成长路径;构建多元课程体系,打造分类培养模式;聚焦教师专长,改革基层教学组织,组建模块化师资团队,实施协作式教学;建设产教融合的高水平多类型实践教学基地;搭建教育数据采集平台,开展培养过程大数据分析,为学生提供个性化发展路径建议;推行多元考核与分类评价,探索弹性学制、柔性管理。

At present,higher vocational IT education has entered a new development stage of“high quality and large-scale”,and the source structure of students is becoming more and more complex and diversified.The traditional training methods can not meet the personalized and diversified needs of students’growth.The Computer College of Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology has built a talent cultivation system of“classified training and accurate education”based on the concept of multiple intelligence and individualized teaching in the process of the continuous construction of key majors of national backbone schools and national high-level professional groups.The main contents include:centering on the diversified growth and development of students,docking the employment needs of the IT industry,drawing three growth paths of high-quality employment,innovation and entrepreneurship,and academic improvement;building a diversified curriculum system and creating a classified training mode;focusing on teachers’expertise,reforming grass-roots teaching organizations,establishing modular teacher teams,and implementing collaborative teaching;building a high-level and multi type practical teaching base docking industry and education;building an education data collection platform,carrying out big data analysis in the training process,providing personalized development path recommendations for students,implementing diversified assessment and classified evaluation,and exploring flexible school system and flexible management.
