摘要
针对高职工业机器人技术专业课程教学中学生学习能力低、知识迁移能力差的问题,提出基于工作过程系统化理论对“工业机器人系统集成”课程结构进行重构设计。分析了工业机器人系统集成相关岗位的典型工作任务,并凝练主要工作流程,设计了符合企业岗位需求的学习情境,重新构建了“工业机器人系统集成”课程的教学内容;把课程纳入职业的“行动体系”中,不再以单一的知识内容作为教学重点。新的课程架构可以使学生的学习过程更加贴近真实的职业活动,提高学生的自我学习能力。
Aiming at the problems of students’low learning ability and poor knowledge transfer ability in the course teaching of industrial robot technology specialty in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the reconstruction design of the course structure of industrial robot system integration based on the theory of work process systematization.This paper analyzes the typical work tasks of posts related to industrial robot system integration,condenses the main work flow,designs the learning situation that meets the needs of enterprise posts,and reconstructs the teaching content of industrial robot system integration course.Bring the course into the professional“action system”,no longer taking the single knowledge content as the teaching focus.The new course structure can make students’learning process closer to real professional activities and improve students’self-learning ability.
