中职学校网课教学存在的问题及对策研究

Research on Existing Problems of Network Course Teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools and Countermeasures

目前,中职学校的教学形式包含校园课堂教学和网课教学。对中职学校的教师和学生来说,网课教学形式具有一定难度,也会遇到诸多问题。中职学生的自律性相对较低,因此会影响网课学习的质量,同时容易滋生懈怠、焦虑等心理,最终不利于取得预期的教育效果。以上海中职学校学生在网课教学方面遇到的焦点问题和思想行动特征为切入点,通过问卷调查,搜集、整理在网课教学期间学生的思想和行动上产生的共性问题,以及教师在开展网课教学活动过程中遇到的瓶颈问题,探索解决以上问题的对策,达到优化网课教学模式,提升网课教学质量的效果。

At present,the teaching forms of secondary vocational schools include campus classroom teaching and network course teaching.For teachers and students in secondary vocational schools,the teaching form of network course has certain difficulty,and many problems will be encountered.Secondary vocational school students’self-discipline is relatively low,so it will affect the quality of network course learning,easily breed slack,anxiety and other psychology,and ultimately not conducive to achieve the expected educational effect.Starting from the focus problems and characteristics of thought and action encountered by Shanghai secondary vocational school students in network course teaching,through the questionnaire survey,collecting and sorting out the common problems of students’thoughts and actions during the network course teaching,as well as the bottleneck problems encountered by teachers in the process of carrying out the network course teaching activities,explore the countermeasures to solve the above problems,so as to achieve the effect of optimizing the network course teaching mode and improving the quality of network course teaching.
