“三圈三全十育人”理念下双创教学质量的CIPP评价模型构建与监测——以上海2所高职院校为例

摘要 CIPP是涵盖背景、输入、过程及成果4模块的评价决策模型,在“三圈三全十育人”理念指导下,将此模型引入双创教学质量评价之中。通过初期指标筛查、修正版德尔菲法的两轮调研以及层次分析法的运用,形成了适用于上海地方高职院校的19项二级指标、45项三级指标的双创教学质量CIPP评价指标体系,并以此模型为基础自拟问卷完成了对上海地区2所院校的实际应用,同时针对调研数据结果提出了相应对策。 CIPP is an evaluation and decision-making model covering 4 modules of background,input,process and results.Under the guidance of the concept of“Three Circles,Three Completes and Ten Education”,this article introduces the CIPP model into the teaching quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship.Through the initial index screening,two rounds of investigation of the modified Delphi method and the application of analytic hierarchy process,the CIPP evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching quality with 19 secondary indicators and 45 tertiary indicators for local higher vocational colleges in Shanghai is obtained.A self-developed questionnaire was formed based on the CIPP evaluation model,which completed the practical application of two local universities in Shanghai,and at the same time,put forward corresponding countermeasures based on the research results.
