现代学徒制助推高职学生高质量就业的实证研究

Empirical Research on High-quality Employment of Higher Vocational Students Promoted by Modern Apprenticeship System

实现高质量就业,是现代学徒制人才培养的目标。通过构建高质量就业评价指标体系,利用熵权法确定指标权重,对湖州职业技术学院连锁经营与管理专业学生的就业质量进行分析。通过对调研数据的分析,得出如下结论:现代学徒制能实现高质量就业,但与订单班人才培养相比优势不明显;现代学徒制学生就业留存率较高,在现代学徒制企业继续工作的学生与已经离开现代学徒制企业重新找工作的学生相比,实现高质量就业的比例较高。文章对上述问题进行分析并提出相关建议:进一步落实及深化现代学徒制的顶层设计;深入实施课程思政;校企协同构建立体化育人格局,以期通过现代学徒制进一步推动高职学生的高质量就业。

To achieve high-quality employment is the goal of modern apprenticeship system.By constructing the evaluation index system of high-quality employment and using entropy-based weight method to determine the index weight,this paper analyzes the employment quality of students majoring in chain operation and management in Huzhou Vocational&Technical College.Through the analysis of the survey data,the following conclusions are drawn:modern apprenticeship system can achieve high-quality employment,but compared with the order-class talent training,advantages are not obvious;the employment retention rate of modern apprenticeship system students is higher,and the students who continue to work in modern apprenticeship system enterprises are more likely to achieve high-quality employment than those who have left modern apprenticeship system enterprises to find a new job.This paper analyzes the above problems and puts forward relevant suggestions:to further implement and deepen the top-level design of modern apprenticeship system;deeply implement curriculum ideology and politics;in order to further promote the high-quality employment of higher vocational college students through modern apprenticeship system,college-enterprise cooperation should be established to construct three-dimensional pattern of education.
