国际产能合作背景下中国高职院校支持东非职教开展合作的对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of China’s Higher Vocational Colleges Supporting East African Vocational Education Cooperation under the Background of International Production Capacity Cooperation

国际产能合作是中国优质产业资源实施“走出去”的重要内容。在“一带一路”倡议背景下,实施国际产教融合、进行高标准国际化办学是支持国际产能合作的重要举措。乌干达、坦桑尼亚和赞比亚是东非在“一带一路”沿线重要国家,产业与职业教育发展较为相近,中国在支持这些东非国家发展职业教育方面具有一定基础。在系统地对这三个国家进行研究的基础上,总结了其职教发展的现状和中资企业的需求,提出中国高职院校通过“走出去”支持东非国家社会经济和职业教育发展的对策,对于进一步推进国际产能合作具有重要意义。

International cooperation on production capacity is an important part of China’s efforts to“go global”with high-quality industrial resources.Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,international integration of industry and education and high-standard international education are important measures to support international cooperation on production capacity.Uganda,Tanzania and Zambia are important countries along the Belt and Road Initiative in East Africa with similar industrial and vocational education development.China has a certain foundation in supporting the development of vocational education in these East African countries.Based on the systematic study of these three countries,this paper summarizes the current situation of vocational education development and the needs of Chinese-funded enterprises.It is of great significance to further promote international production capacity cooperation to put forward countermeasures for China’s higher vocational colleges to support the development of social economy and vocational education in East African countries through“going out”.
