高职院校教材管理现状调查与诊断分析

Investigation on the Current Situation and Diagnosis Analysis of Teaching Material Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

以高职院校教材管理为主题的调查数据显示:高职院校在教材选用、教材使用、教材内容、教材开发等方面的不足影响了对教材的有效管理。针对调查中存在的问题,从分析国家发布的《职业院校教材管理办法》入手,提出高职院校要从按照需求征订,强化教材计划管理;引进管理系统,实现教材现代化管理;采用公开招标,实现教材供应社会化管理;实施校院二级,强化教材建设管理;开展校企合作,加大教材编审管理;加快制度建设,落实教材激励管理;加强理论学习,厘清"课证"活页式教材内涵与特征等方面采取有效措施,以应对挑战。

The investigation data of teaching material management in higher vocational colleges shows that the deficiencies in the selection,use,content and development of teaching materials in higher vocational colleges have great influence on the effective management of teaching materials.In view of the existing problems in the investigation,starting with the policy analysis of the"Measures for the Management of Teaching Materials in Vocational Colleges"issued by the state,this paper puts forward that higher vocational colleges should strengthen the management of teaching material planning according to the demand to order;introduce management system to realize the modernization management of teaching materials;adopt public bidding to realize the socialized management of teaching material supply;implement two levels of school and college,to strengthen the management of teaching material construction;carry out school-enterprise cooperation,to increase the editing and reviewing management of teaching materials;accelerate system construction,to implement the incentive management of teaching materials;strengthen theoretical study,and clarify the connotation and characteristics of the"certificate of course"loose-leaf teaching materials to meet challenges.
