摘要
OBE理念的实施过程和高职培养模式是相契合的,都是以培养以社会需求为导向的应用型人才为目标。基于OBE理念,学生将学到的知识、技能应用到未来从事的工作中,并转化为社会效益。OBE理念让学生在入校后逐步明确毕业后应该做什么、能做什么、有什么样的选择,其目的是从职业理念的引入到职业能力的提升阶段使学生主动地、有针对性地学习,在潜移默化中使学生树立正确的人生观、价值观、职业观。
The implementation process of OBE concept is consistent with the higher vocational training mode,both of which aim at cultivating applied talents oriented by social needs.Based on the OBE concept,students will apply the knowledge and skills they have learned to their future work and turn them into social benefits.OBE concept enables students to gradually define what they should do,what they can do and what choices they have after graduation.Its purpose is to make students actively and purposely study in the stage of from the introduction of career concept to the promotion of professional ability,and to establish their correct outlook on life,values and career in an imperceptibly process.
