内蒙古高校创新创业教育的发展研究

Research on the Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Colleges and Universities in Inner Mongolia

当前,高校创新创业教育呈现差异性和区域的不平衡性,特别是起步较晚的内蒙古,其突出问题有:对创新创业教育的重视程度有待提高,教学形式比较单一,课程设置有待改革,师资队伍和管理机构相对匮乏,课程内容与专业结合不紧密,服务平台与体制运行效率相对较低,注重校园文化宣传与交流学习的程度不高。总结内蒙古10所示范院校的发展经验,通过比较分析得出其他院校当前发展的关键是:建立区内高校创新创业教育联盟,成立专业的教育研究团队,建立现实可行的教育方案,构建创新创业教育评价体系,及时跟踪评价反馈,以期提高内蒙古高校创新创业教育的质量。

At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities presents differences and regional imbalance,especially in Inner Mongolia,which started late,and its prominent problems are as follows:the degree of emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship education needs to be improved;the teaching form is relatively single;the curriculum setting needs to be reformed;the teaching staff and management institutions are relatively scarce;the curriculum content is not closely combined with the major;the service platform and system operation efficiency is relatively low;and the emphasis on campus cultural propaganda and communication and learning is less.This paper summarizes the development experience of 10 demonstrative colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,makes a comparative analysis and concludes that the key to the current development of other colleges and universities is to establish the innovation and entrepreneurship education alliance in the region,to set up a professional education research team,to establish a realistic and feasible education program,to construct a innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation system,and to timely track the evaluation feedback,in order to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia.
