摘要
文章对校、企、协同创新中心三者联动的"一个基本四条路线"立体式双创培养体系的研究和实践进行了详细的介绍。该体系以学院的"物联网与大数据应用协同创新中心"为依托,以"风险我担,利益均沾"为原则构建校企长效合作机制。在校企持久稳定合作的基础上,规划双创导师培养路线、学生双创能力提升路线、双创专业课程构建路线、优质创业项目培育路线,综合实施双创人才、优质双创项目、专创方法、双创理念和创业素养培育。整个培养体系将双创教育、专业建设和项目管理相融合,使双创培养融入人才培养全过程,使创新理念进课堂。近五年来,该体系成功培育多家初创公司,创造了大量的就业岗位。基于该体系构建的专业课程体系带动了专业人才培养质量的全面提升,该课程体系培养的毕业生平均薪酬水平大幅提升。
In this paper,the research and practice of the three-dimensional training system of innovation and entrepreneurship characterized with"one basic,four routes"based on the linkage of school,enterprise and collaborative innovation center are introduced in detail.The system is based on the college’s"Collaborative Innovation Center for Internet of Things and Big Data Applications",and constructs a long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanism based on the principle of"we take the risks and both share the interests".On the basis of lasting and stable cooperation between colleges and enterprises,the training route of innovation and entrepreneurship tutors,the promotion route of students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,the construction route of innovation and entrepreneurship professional courses,and the cultivation route of high-quality entrepreneurship projects are planned.Innovation and entrepreneurship talents,high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship projects,professional entrepreneurial methods,innovation and entrepreneurship ideas and entrepreneurial literacy are comprehensively cultivated at the same time.The whole training system integrates entrepreneurship and innovation education,specialty construction and project management,integrating entrepreneurship and innovation training into the whole process of talent training and bringing innovative ideas into the classroom.In the past five years,the system has successfully fostered a number of start-up companies and created a large number of jobs.The professional curriculum system constructed based on this system has promoted the overall improvement of the quality of professional talent cultivation,and the average salary level of graduates trained by this curriculum system has been greatly improved.
