Construction and Exploration on the Excellent Model of “Course Teaching Class” Based on EFQM

为提升我国高等职业教育课程教学的实效性,以EFQM卓越模型为理论基础,依据RADAR逻辑,围绕课程负责人、上课师生、课程教学设计、合作关系与资源、教学过程与质量生成、学生学习成果、教师教学成果、学校及社会认可、课程教学绩效指标等9个要素,探索构建"课程教学班"卓越模型,并将之运用于解决我国高等职业教育管理中的问题。

In order to improve the effectiveness of course teaching in higher vocational education in China,based on the EFQM excellent model and RADAR logic,this paper explores the construction of the excellent model of"course teaching class"around nine factors,including course leader,teachers and students in class,course teaching design,cooperative relationship and resources,teaching process and quality generation,students’learning outcomes,teachers’teaching outcomes,school and social recognition,and course teaching performance indicators,and applies it to solve the problems in the management of higher vocational education in China.
