工匠精神引领下体育产业人才培养研究

Research on Talent Cultivation for Sports Industry under the Guidance of the Spirit of Workmanship

采用文献资料、综合分析等研究方法,以改革开放后体育产业发展对体育从业人员的需求变化为切入点,研究我国体育产业人才培养问题。提出宜结合"十四五"规划中我国体育产业发展新要求,以国家主导的"工匠精神"为指导思想,吸收传统体育人才观所倡导的拼搏精神,培养适合新时代中国社会主义市场经济发展的体育产业从业人员。同时,提出我国体育产业从业人员应以"勤业、敬业、精业、乐业"的精神为实现"体育强国""健康中国"服务。

By means of literature,comprehensive analysis and other research methods,this paper studies the problems of talent cultivation in sports industry in China with the change of demand for sports practitioners from the development of sports industry after the reform and opening up.It is put forward that combined with the new requirements of the development of China’s sports industry in the 14 th Five-Year Plan,taking the state-led“the spirit of workmanship”as the guiding ideology,absorb the fighting spirit advocated by the traditional sports talent view,and train sports industry practitioners suitable for the development of China’s socialist market economy in the new era.At the same time,it is pointed out that the sports industry practitioners in our country should serve for the realization of“sports power”and“healthy China”with the spirit of diligence,dedication,precision and pleasure.
