高职院校电机课程理实一体教学改革探讨

Discussion on the Integrated Teaching Reform of Theory and Practice in Electrical Machinery Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国经济社会飞速发展,工业及制造业水平不断提升,职业教育也进入了全面发展的阶段,各大职业院校着力提升人才培养能力,提出了各种人才培养模式的设想,进行了一系列的课程改革、教学探索,这对传统教学模式提出了很大挑战。教师不能再按照原有的思路及模式进行课堂教学,而是要着重提升学生的学习成效,提高课堂教学的有效性。当前,理实一体教学已经成为了职业教育普遍采用的教学方法,可是并非所有的理实一体教学都能够真正的将两者结合在一起。所以,理实一体教学要如何开展,环境怎么布置,设备符合什么要求,教学过程如何设计,这些问题成为了决定课堂效果的主要因素。

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, industrial and manufacturing level has continuously improved, and vocational education has entered the stage of comprehensive development. Vocational colleges focus on improving the ability of talent training, put forward the basic idea of all kinds of talent training modes, and conduct a series of curriculum reform, teaching exploration, which presents great challenges to the traditional teaching mode. Teachers can’t carry out classroom teaching in accordance with the original thoughts and mode, but to focus on improving students’ learning effect, to increase the effectiveness of classroom teaching. At present, the integrated teaching of theory and practice has become a widely used teaching method in vocational education, but not all integrated teaching of theory and practice can really combine the two aspects together. Therefore, how to carry out the integrated teaching, how to arrange the environment, what requirements the equipment meets, how to design teaching process, have become the main factors that determine the effect of classroom.
