摘要
通过借鉴"放管服"的改革举措,研究高职教师可持续发展的动力机制。结合广东理工职业学院开展的相关实践和探索,指出在"放管服"视域下高职教师可持续发展能力的培养路径,从而促进高职教师和高职院校的双重发展。
By referring to the reform measures of "delegating power and optimizing service", the article researches the dynamic mechanism of the sustainable development of higher vocational teachers. And combining the relevant practice and exploration carried out by Guangdong Polytechnic Institute, point out the training path of sustainable development of higher vocational teachers from the perspective of "delegating power and optimizing service" to promote the dual development of higher vocational teachers and colleges.
