应用型高校物流管理专业产教融合人才培养模式研究

Research on the Talents Training Model of Integration of Industry and Education for Logistics Management Major in Applied Universities

产教融合是应用型高校培养高素质应用型人才的重要途径。文章以物流管理专业开展的校企合作、产教融合人才培养的实践经验为基础,提出了产教三维融合人才培养模式,创新了基于多元校企特色班的教学组织形态,实现了校企资源的双向嵌入共享,达到了"校企生"三方共赢的产教融合实践效果。

The integration of industry and education is an important way to train high-quality applied talents in applied universities.Based on the practical experience of school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education in logistics management major,this paper puts forward a talents training model of three-dimensional integration of industry and education,and innovates the teaching organization form based on multi-school-enterprise characteristic classes.The training model realizes the two-way embedding and sharing of school-enterprise resources,and the three-way win-win practical effect of integration of industry and education of"university-enterprise student".
