陕西省某天然气企业站场职业卫生有害因素调查 被引量:1

Investigation on occupational hazards in stations of a natural gas enterprise in Shaanxi Province

摘要 目的了解陕西省某天然气企业站场的主要职业卫生有害因素及危害程度,为相似企业的职业病危害控制及防护管理提供参考依据。方法2019年8及11月分别对陕西省某天然气企业的分配站、储配站及调压站进行职业卫生现场调查,对其2019年存在的职业病危害因素暴露浓度(强度)进行分析与评价。结果各站场运行过程中主要的职业病危害因素有硫化氢、一氧化碳、噪声及高温,管道维修产生的职业病危害因素有二氧化氮、臭氧、一氧化碳、二氧化锰、电焊烟尘、噪声及电焊弧光,其中化学有害因素检测52个作业点,合格率为100.0%,物理因素测量79个作业点,涉及噪声、紫外辐射及高温,合格率分别为71.4%、100.0%和80.0%。结论陕西省某天然气企业职业病危害因素中化学有害因素控制措施基本可行,噪声、高温有不同程度超标,应进一步加强职业卫生管理和作业人员个人防护措施,为劳动者的职业健康提供保障。 Objective To understand the main occupational hazard factors and the degree of hazards in the stations of a natural gas enterprise in Shaanxi Province,provide the basis for the occupational hazards control and protection management of similar enterprises.Methods The occupational health field investigation was conduced on the distribution stations,storage and distribution stations and pressure regulating stations of a natural gas enterprise in Shaanxi Province in August and November of2019 respectively.The concentrations(intensities)of occupational hazards in 2019 were analyzed and evaluated.Results The main occupational hazards in the operation of each station were hydrogen sulfide,carbon monoxide,noise and high temperature.The main occupational hazards produced by pipeline maintenance included nitrogen dioxide,ozone,carbon monoxide,manganese dioxide,welding dust,noise and arc welding light.The chemical harmful factors were detected at 52 operation points with a pass rate of 100.0%.The physical factors were measured at 79 operation points,involving noise,ultraviolet radiation and high temperature,which the pass rate was 71.4%,100.0%and 80.0%,respectively.Conclusion The control measures of chemical harmful factors in the occupational hazards in a natural gas enterprise of Shaanxi Province are basically feasible.Noise and high temperature exceed the standards at different degree.It is necessary to further strengthen occupational health management and personal protection measures,to ensure the occupational health of workers.
