急性百草枯中毒救治的研究进展

Research progress on treatment of acute paraquat poisoning

百草枯(PQ)是一种速效触杀型有机类除草剂,发挥作用快,接触土壤迅速失活,被高效应用于农业生产。急性PQ中毒预后差、病死率高、已成为我国最常见、中毒最严重的农药中毒之一。急性肺损伤引起的呼吸衰竭及随后的多器官功能衰竭是急性PQ中毒患者主要死亡原因。在我国PQ主要通过口服引起中毒,目前PQ中毒机制尚未明确,且没有特效的解毒药,因此PQ已成为我国农药中毒防治的一个难题。对急性PQ中毒救治相关研究进展作简单综述,旨在为急性PQ中毒的基础和临床研究提供新的探索方向和治疗思路。

Paraquat(PQ)is a quick and effective organic herbicide with rapid onset,which is quickly deactivated in contact with soil,and is used in agricultural production efficiently.Acute PQ poisoning has a poor prognosis and a high fatality rate,and has become one of the most common and serious pesticide poisoning in China.Respiratory failure caused by acute lung injury and subsequent multiple organ failure is the main cause of death in patients with acute PQ poisoning.PQ poisoning is mainly caused by oral administration.The PQ poisoning mechanism is not yet clear,and there is no specific antidote,so it has become a difficult problem of prevention and control of pesticide poisoning in our country.In this paper,the research progress on treatment of acute PQ poisoning are briefly reviewed,so as to provide a new exploration direction and treatment idea for the basic and clinical research of acute PQ poisoning.
