成都市4所医学院校学生艾滋病知识、态度与知识知晓情况及其相关性分析

Investigation and correlation analysis on AIDS knowledge,attitude and knowledge awareness among students in four medical colleges in Chengdu City

目的了解成都市4所医学院校学生艾滋病知识、态度与知识知晓情况现状,并对其进行相关性分析。方法采用整群抽样法,于2019年3—4月运用一般资料调查表、学生艾滋病知识量表、学生艾滋病相关态度量表和学生艾滋病知识知晓情况量表对成都市4所医学院校466名学生展开调查。结果428名学生艾滋病知识总分为17.39±4.29,艾滋病态度总分为82.88±7.67,艾滋病知识知晓情况总分为6.24±0.93。不同专业、在读学历学生艾滋病知识、态度、知识知晓情况总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。学生艾滋病知识总分、艾滋病态度总分、艾滋病知识知晓情况总分呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论学生艾滋病知识、态度、知识知晓情况均处于中等水平,有待进一步提升。

Objective To investigate the status of AIDS knowledge,attitudes and knowledge awareness rate among students in four medical colleges in Chengdu City,analyze their correlation.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate 466 students from four medical colleges in Chengdu City from March to April in 2019,by using General Information Questionnaire,the Student AIDS Knowledge Scale,the Student AIDS Related Attitude Scale and the Student AIDS Knowledge Awareness.Results The total score of AIDS knowledge in 428 students was 17.39±4.29,the total score of AIDS attitude was 82.88±7.67,and the total score of AIDS knowledge awareness was 6.24±0.93.The differences in the scores of AIDS knowledge,attitudes and AIDS knowledge awareness were statistically significant among students in different majors and academic qualifications(both P<0.01).There were positive correlations among total scores of AIDS knowledge,attitudes and AIDS knowledge awareness,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Conclusion AIDS knowledge,attitudes and knowledge awareness of students are at a medium level and need to be further improved.
