2010—2018年江阴市伤害死亡流行特征分析

Analysis on epidemic characteristics of injury death in Jiangyin City from 2010-2018

目的了解2010—2018年江阴市居民伤害死亡的流行情况及其特点,为制定伤害预防控制措施提供参考依据。方法2010—2018年通过粗死亡率、标化死亡率、年均变化百分比等指标分析江阴市居民伤害死亡情况和趋势特征。结果2010—2018年江阴市居民伤害粗死亡率为82.67/10万,标化伤害死亡率为55.62/10万,占全死因的11.85%。意外跌落、交通事故、溺水、自杀及意外中毒为江阴市居民伤害的前5位死因。不同性别、年龄别伤害死亡率和死因顺位不尽相同。2010—2018年人群全伤害死亡率年度变化百分比(APC)=7.18%,且不同年份全伤害死亡率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,意外跌落和自杀死亡率呈上升趋势,APC分别为15.11%和7.01%,且不同年份意外跌落、自杀死亡率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论2010—2018年江阴市意外跌落和交通事故分别是60岁以上老年人和中青年的首位伤害死因,建议采取针对性的预防控制措施降低其死亡率。

Objective To understand the epidemic situation and characteristics of injury death in Jiangyin City from 2010-2018,provide reference for the establishment of injury prevention and control measures.Methods From 2010-2018,the situation and trend characteristics of injury death in Jiangyin City were analyzed through indexes including crude mortality,standardized mortality and annual percentage change.Results From 2010-2018,the crude mortality and standardized mortality of injury death in Jiangyin City were 82.67/lakh and 55.62/lakh,accounting for 11.85%of all deaths.Accidental fall,traffic accident,drowning,suicide and accident poisoning were the first five leading causes of injury death.For different genders and age groups,the injury mortality and rank order of causes of death were different.From 2010-2018,the annual percentage change(APC)for the total injury mortality was 7.18%,and the difference of injury mortality in different years was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mortality of accidental fall and suicide were on the upward trend,and the APC for them were 15.11%and 7.01%,respectively.The differences of mortality of accidental fall and suicide in different years were statistically significa nt(both P<0.05).Conclusion Accidental falls and traffic accidents are the first cause of injury death for older people over 60 years old and young people,respectively.It is suggested that the targeted prevention measures should be taken to reduce the mortality.
