湖南省儿科专科护士角色认知及影响因素

Role cognition of pediatric specialized nurses and its influential factors in Hunan Province

目的调查儿科专科护士对专科护士角色的认知情况及影响因素,为儿科专科护士的角色定位和培训提供参考依据。方法采用儿科专科护士角色认知调查表对接受湖南省儿科专科护士培训的182名护士进行调查。结果儿科专科护士角色认知总均分为89.89±7.39,各条目均分为4.49±0.37,处于中等偏上水平;不同工作年限、最初学历、所在医院等级的儿科专科护士的角色认知得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科专科护士角色认知得分较高,建议根据儿科专科护士不同个人特征进行针对性的培训,加深儿科专科护士的角色认知,进一步定位和规范儿科专科护士的发展。

[Objective]To investigate the role cognition of pediatric specialized nurses and its influential factors,and provide reference for the role positioning and training of pediatric specialized nurses.[Methods]A total of 182 nurses who had received pediatric specialized nurses training in Hunan Province were investigated by role cognition questionnaire for pediatric specialized nurses.[Results]The average total score of role cognitive of pediatric specialized nurses was 89.89±7.39,and the average score of each item was 4.49±0.37,which was above the medium level.The differences of role cognitive scores of pediatric specialized nurses with different working age,original educational level and hospital grades were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Pediatric specialized nurses have a higher score of cognitive role.It is suggested to carry out targeted training according to the different personal characteristics of pediatric specialized nurses,and further locate and standardize the development of pediatric specialized nurses.
