2014—2016年淮安市食源性疾病致病病原体的分布与流行特点 被引量:5

Distribution and epidemic characteristics of pathogenic pathogens of foodborne diseases in Huai'an from 2014-2016

摘要 目的探讨淮安市食源性疾病致病病原体的分布与流行特点,为当地食源性疾病综合防控提供科学依据。方法收集淮安市2014—2016年哨点医院食源性疾病病例监测系统病例信息,采集粪便样本进行病原学检测,并对相关信息分析。结果2014—2016年监测病例中共有2294例病患者采集了粪便标本进行病原学检测,5种特定致病病原体的总体检出率为3.40%(78/2294),致泻大肠埃希菌检出率最高为2.79%(51/1825),其他致病病原体检出率依次为诺如病毒1.20%(20/1672),沙门菌0.35%(8/2292),志贺菌0.11%(2/1823);致病病原体检出率在0~5岁组检出率最高。结论淮安市食源性疾病致病病原体总体检出率较低,感染者主要集中在0~5岁年龄组,致泻大肠埃希菌与诺如病毒是淮安市目前食源性疾病发生主要致病菌。 [Objective]To explore the distribution and epidemic characteristics of pathogenic pathogens of pathogenic pathogens of foodborne disease in Huai’an,and provide the scientific basis for comprehensive prevention and control of foodborne disease.[Methods]The data of food borne disease cases in sentinel hospitals in Huai’an during 2014-2016 were collected,stool samples were collected for pathogen detection,and the related information were analyzed.[Results]A total of 2294 cases were collected stool samples for pathogen detection from 2014-2016.The overall detection rate of five specific pathogenic pathogens was 3.40%(78/2294),the highest detection rate was diarrheogenic escherichia coli[2.79%(51/1825)],the detection rates of other pathogenic pathogens were norovirus[1.20%(60/1672)],salmonella[0.35%(8/2292)]and shigella[0.11%(2/1823)].The detection rate of pathogenic pathogens was the highest in 0-5 years old group.[Conclusion]The overall detection rate of pathogenic pathogens of foodborne diseases in Huai’an was relative low,the infected person were main in 0~5 years old,and the diarrheogenic escherichia coli and norovirus were the main pathogenic bacteria of foodborne diseases in Huai’an.
