Determination of perchlorate in drinking water by ion chromatography

摘要 目的建立饮用水中高氯酸盐的离子色谱测定方法,应用该方法检测安徽省饮用水中高氯酸盐含量。方法选用亲水性Ion Pac AS16阴离子分析柱,KOH淋洗液,电导检测器检测,外标法定量。水样经0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样,进样量为500μl。结果高氯酸盐在2.0~50.0μg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9995,加标回收率为96.7%~104.8%,RSD为1.5%~5.0%,检出限为0.52μg/L,相比较近几年关于离子色谱法测定饮用水中高氯酸盐的研究,本方法检出限较低、加标回收率较高、保留时间更短。利用该方法对安徽省地级市主要水厂出厂水与水源水进行检测,高氯酸盐检出率为69.0%,检出范围在2.00~14.20μg/L之间。结论该方法具有灵敏、准确、快速、前处理简便等优点,适合分析大批量水样中高氯酸盐的含量。安徽地区饮用水中存在高氯酸盐污染问题。 [Objective]To establish a convenient and reliable method for determination of perchlorate in drinking water by ion chromatography,using this method to detect the content of perchlorate in drinking water in Anhui province.[Methods]The target analytes were separated by high hydrophilic Ion Pac AS16 anion column and KOH leaching lotion,detected with suppressed conductivity detector,and quantified by external standard method.The water samples were flitered by 0.45μm filtration membrane and then injected,and the injective volume was 500μl.[Results]The calibration curve of perchlorate showed good linearity among the range of 2.0-50.0μg/L.The correlation coefficient was 0.9995 and the adding standard recoveries were96.7%-104.8%.The RSD were 1.5%-5.0%with the detection limit of 0.52μg/L.Compared with recent studies about ion chromatography which detected the perchlorate in drinking water,many advantages,such as lower detection limit,higher adding standard recovery and shorter retention time existed in this method.This method was used to determine the perchlorate from the source water and the finished water of main waterworks in Anhui,and the detection rate of perchlorate was 69.0%,with the detection range of 2.00-14.20μg/L.[Conclusion]The method is sensitive,accurate,rapid and simple pretreatment.which is suitable for the detection of perchlorate in a large number of water samples.The perchlorate pollution problem exists in the drinking water in Anhui province.
