2011—2016年青岛市新发职业病与行业区域分布情况

Status of new occupational diseases and its industry and region distribution in Qingdao City from 2011-2016

目的了解2011—2016年青岛市新发职业病发病情况与行业区域分布特点,为本市卫生及安监等管理部门的职业病防治工作提供依据。方法根据青岛市职业病防治院诊断办公室档案资料,对2011-2016年青岛市新发职业病发病情况进行汇总分析。结果2011—2016年青岛市新发职业病439例,行业分类中,以制造业和采矿业为主,其中化学纤维制造业(石棉加工)80例(占18.22%),金属制品业及汽车制造业52例(占11.85%),有色金属矿采选业(金矿)48例(占10.93%);行政区域分市以北区96例(21.87%)、平度市71例(16.17%)、城阳区62例(14.12%)和黄岛区58例(13.21%)占主要部分。结论青岛市新发职业病行业分布广泛,重点行业突出,行政区域与行业分布相关,总体发病情况较严重,呈现多样化,职业病防治工作任重道远,长治久安。

[Objective]To understand the epidemic situation of new occupational diseases and distribution characteristics in industry and region of Qingdao City from 2011-2016,provide the basis for the health and safety supervision departments to carry out the occupational disease prevention and control work in this city.[Methods]According to the archives of Diagnostic Office in Qingdao City Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Institute,the status of new occupational diseases in Qingdao City from2011-2016 was analyzed.[Results]There were 439 cases of new occupational diseases in Qingdao City from 2011-2016.For the industry distribution,most of cases were reported in manufacturing and mining industry,and there were 80(18.22%)cases in chemical fiber manufacturing(asbestos processing),52(11.85%)cases in metal products industry and the automotive industry,and 48(10.93%)cases in non-ferrous metals mining and dressing industry(gold mine).For the region distribution,there were 96(21.87%)cases in Shibei District,71(16.17%)cases in Pingdu City,62(14.12%)cases in Chengyang District and 58(13.21%)cases in Huangdao District.[Conclusion]The new occupational disease cases in Qingdao are widely distributed in different industries with the high-risk industries,and are related to administrative regions and industry distribution.The epidemic situation is serious and diversified.The work of prevention and control of occupational diseases has a long way to go.
