针灸优势技术组合应用进入教材的思考

Application of integrating effective combination of acupuncture-moxibustion techniques into teaching materials

腧穴选择与刺灸技术应用是构成针灸处方的两大要素,目前针灸教材中重穴轻术现象比较突出,基于针灸优势技术组合在临床应用中的优势,提出将优势技术组合引入针灸教学之中,对针灸教材中针灸处方相关内容进行适当修订,以便于学生、医生及进修人员更好掌握针灸的临床应用。

The selection of acupoints and application of acupuncture-moxibustion techniques are the two fundamental factors.However,in acupuncture-moxibustion teaching materials,there is more emphasis on acupoints techniques.Based on the advantage of effective combination of acupuncture-moxibustion techniques,this paper put forward that the combined techniques should be implemented in the teaching,and acupuncture-moxibustion prescriptions should be modified.This teaching reform will benefit students and clinical practitioners in grasping and applying acupuncture-moxibustion techniques in practice.
