Research on the constrnction of teachers’ teaching-quality evaluation system

摘要 目的提升教师教学质量综合评价的科学性和规范性,构建符合北京中医药大学特点的教师教学质量综合评价指标体系。方法通过文献研究法和专家咨询法确定指标框架和指标池,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定评价指标及其权重。结果对20位专家的两轮德尔菲咨询,构建包含4个一级指标、20个二级指标的北京中医药大学教师教学质量综合评价指标体系,通过层次分析法给各级指标权重赋值。结论参与研究的专家代表性好、积极性高、具有权威性,各级指标条目专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,所构建的指标体系体现了北京中医药大学教学特点,可以为教师教学质量综合评价提供参考。 Objectives This paper aims at constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of teachers’teaching quality in line with the characteristics of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(BUCM),and improving the scientific and normative evaluation of teachers’comprehensive teaching quality.Methods The index pool and index framework are determined by literature research method and expert consultation method,and the evaluation index and its weight are determined by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Results Through two rounds of Delphi consultations with 20 experts,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the teaching quality of BUCM teachers,including 4 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators,was constructed,and the index weights at all levels were assigned.Conclusion The experts participating in this research are well-represented,highly motivated,and highly authoritative.Expert opinions from all levels of index entries are concentrated,and the research results are highly credible.The index system constructed reflects the characteristics of education and teaching at BUCM and can provide reference for teachers’teaching quality evaluation.
