新疫情下对传染病学科建设的思考

Cogitation on the disciplinary construction of Infectious Diseases during COVID-19 pandemic

以新冠肺炎疫情为背景,分析中医药防治传染病存在的问题及其原因,立足当前,放眼未来,长远规划,以问题和目标为导向,提出应将中西医传染病学科建设提到重要日程上,并对其建设进行深入思考,提出对策和建议。要提高政治站位,坚定文化自信;守正传承精华,重视中医经典和名老中医经验传承;融合建设学科,加强学科交叉与跨界联动;促进中西医药结合,提升临床救治能力;强化平台建设,提升科学研究水平;加强学科人才队伍建设;构建学科建设的长效机制。认为加强中西医传染病学科建设,有利于充分发挥中医药防治传染病的优势,对于中医药的传承创新发展具有重要意义。

This paper identified the existing problems and causes of TCM treatment and prevention against infectious diseases during COVID-19 outbreak.The author pointed out that the disciplinary construction of Infectious Diseases integrating both TCM and Western medicine should be at the top of the agenda.The construction should alse be problem-based and goals-oriented with long-term planning.Confronted with current challenges,the author put forward the following countermeasures in disciplinary construction of Infectious Diseases:raising the political awareness and strengthening cultural confidence;reinforcing interdisciplinary and cross-boundary corporations to construct integrative discipline of Infectious Diseases;improving clinical treatment capacity by integrating TCM with Western medicine;inheriting TCM essences by attaching great importance to TCM classics and experiences of eminent TCM doctors;raising the level of scientific research by platform construction;enhancing the construction of talent team;and establishing the long-term mechanism.The reinforcing of the disciplinary construction of Infectious Diseases integrating both TCM and Western medicine will give full play to the advantages of TCM in preventing and treating infectious diseases,and it is also of great significance to the inheritance and innovation of TCM.
