人参及其药对的研究进展

Research Progress of Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng)and Its Drug Pairs

人参作为临床常用中药,历代医家在临床应用中有多种药对形式。近年来围绕基于网络药理学的人参药对、典型人参药对配伍实验研究、人参药对配伍前后化学成分变化的研究等方面开展的现代研究,为系统揭示含人参方剂分子机制、人参药对应用的内涵阐释以及其配伍应用的科学性提供了参考和依据。系统总结了人参药对研究进展,提出其应用须遵循中医学整体观念并结合现代科学技术新方法,深入揭示人参配伍的科学性,为科学阐释人参药对使用规律、发展中药配伍理论、促进药对的评价等方面提供新方法与新思路。

Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng),as a commonly-used clinical Chinese medicine,has many kinds of drug pairs in clinical application.In recent years,the modern research on the drug pairs of Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng)based on network pharmacology,the experimental research on the compatibility of typical drug pairs of Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng)and the research on the changes of chemical components before and after compatibility of the drug pairs of Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng)provide a reference and basis for systematically revealing the molecular mechanism of Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng)-containing prescriptions,the connotation interpretation of the application of the drug pairs of Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng)and the scientific nature of their compatibility and application.This study systematically summarized the research progress of the drug pairs of Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng),proposed that its application should follow the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and combined with new methods of modern science and technology,deeply revealed the scientificity of Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng)compatibility,and provided new methods and ideas for scientifically explaining the use rules of the drug pairs of Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng),developing the compatibility theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and promoting the evaluation of drug pairs.
