苦参碱抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanism of Anti-tumor Effect of Matrine

中药苦参为豆科植物苦参的干燥根,具有悠久的药用历史。现代药理学研究表明,苦参碱作为苦参的主要有效成分之一,具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,可通过抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、促进其凋亡和提高免疫等途径发挥抗肝癌、肺癌等恶性肿瘤的作用。根据不同作用分类,综述苦参碱抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展,希望能为苦参碱临床新药的开发提供进一步的理论参考。

Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis),a traditional Chinese medicine,is the dried root of Kushen(Sophora flavescens),which has a long medicinal history.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that matrine,as one of the main effective components of Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis),has a good anti-tumor effect,which can exert its anti-tumor effect on liver cancer,lung cancer and other malignant tumors by inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells,promoting their apoptosis and improving immunity.In this paper,according to the classification of different functions,the research progress on the anti-tumor mechanism of matrine was reviewed,hoping to provide further theoretical reference for the development of new clinical drugs of matrine.
